Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. Define and develop automated data extraction tools to streamline analysis and reporting</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>B.S. or higher degree in Automotive Engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field</li><li>7+ years of industry experience working on complex system validation campaigns. Past technical test experience is a must.</li><li>Management experience</li><li>Proficiency in basic statistics and probability</li><li>Experience with test scripting and data analysis languages (Python and SQL preferred)</li><li>Ability to manage ambiguity and drive progress independently</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with Linux Systems</li><li>Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle Domain</li></ul><br><div><b>Compensation</b></div><div>There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $166,000 to $238,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
