Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Digitalisierung bestehender Personalakten durch hochwertiges Scannen, inklusive systematischer elektronischer Archivierung in der vorgegebenen Ordnerstruktur
- Sicherstellung einer strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Ablage sowie konsistente und eindeutige Beschriftung sämtlicher digitalisierter Dokumente gemäß interner Vorgaben
- Verantwortungsbewusste Handhabung personenbezogener Daten unter Einhaltung geltender Datenschutzrichtlinien (DSGVO)
- Dokumentation gemäß datenschutzrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Qualitätsrichtlinien
