The BIM Modeller, performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates ability to take on more complex tasks<ul><li>An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) / Autodesk Civil 3D (Civils), or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software.</li><li>Routine/repeated tasks accomplished within assistance</li><li>Receives guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures</li><li>Contributes by performing routine, structure work assignments in specific job function, expanding complexity of tasks performed</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures/methodologies, using them to solve routine or standard problems.  Identifies problems in existing procedures.</li><li>General proficiency with tools, systems and procedures required for role</li><li>May need continued support on some technical issues</li><li>Applies experiences and skills to complete assigned tasks within area of expertise</li></ul>
