Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our innovative team in Singapore, Singapore. In this role, you will assist in the design process for complex architectural projects, providing creative solutions and technical expertise to meet our clients' needs.

• Preparation of tender, design and construction drawings  
• Coordinate architectural drawings and works with Architect, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure works and submissions are in compliant with authorities’ codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and prepare authorities submission forms, drawings and information for pre-consultation, waivers and approval
• Remain constantly updated with drafting technology and authorities’ prevailing codes and regulations to maintain technical competency and knowledge.
• Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
• Familiar with Singapore Code of Practice and local authority codes.  with SCDF Fire Safety Acts, Codes and Regulations
