About the Job
- Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung von E-Learning-Kursen, Live-Schulungen und Trainings in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Department mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption, Steuerung und Auswertung von Mitarbeiterumfragen und hilfst bei der Ableitung von Schlussfolgerungen
- Du hilfst bei der Pflege und Optimierung der Weiterbildungstools und der Wissensdatenbank
- Du erstellst Trainingspläne und Timetables
- Du unterstützt das Teilnehmermanagement, z.B. durch das Verschicken von Outlook Kalendereinladungen und das Zusammenstellen von Trainingsmaterialien
- Du übernimmst Zuarbeiten für Trainingsmaterialien, z.B. die Gestaltung von PowerPoint-Präsentationen und Handouts
- Du hilfst bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Onboarding-Plänen, der Organisation des ersten Tages sowie der Begrüßung und Orientierungshilfe der Neustarter
- Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation von Planänderungen, Terminverschiebungen und Ausfällen sowie bei Anfragen und Herausforderungen der Neustarter
- Du unterstützt bei diversen Change- und Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen
