We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride? Your main responsibilities are:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>Perform field service/commissioning assignments as required for Propulsion, seal &amp; bearing products.</li><li>Prepare Field Service/commissioning reports as needed</li><li>Take notes during Service/commissioning jobs as needed to aid in report preparation</li><li>Use and maintain tools in accordance with good work practices</li><li>Maintain current individual time sheets and expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs to customers</li><li>To maintain a professional appearance and conduct</li><li>To maintain the quality &amp; efficiency of mechanical work performed (as measured by warranty costs), and in accordance with manufacturers specifications &amp; ISO procedures</li><li>Accurate and timely care of Wartsila specialty tools (field &amp; shop) used to perform service work</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction with job performance and through positive interactions with customers</li><li>Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions</li><li>Conform to all safety rules and use of all appropriate safety equipment</li><li>Perform other duties as required</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>Be able to communication in English both oral and written.</li><li>Team work ability</li><li>Basic safety knowledge.</li><li>Willing to travel inside China frequently and outside of China if necessary.</li><li><a></a>Be able to handle pressure and make decision independently when required.</li></ul>Education:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>BSc of Marine engineering, mechanical, electrical or equivalent.</li></ul>Experience:<ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px;"><li>3 years work experience in marine industries or other heavy industries, field service or shipyard would be preferred.</li><li>Propulsion, seal &amp; bearing experiences will be a plus.</li></ul>Why you and us We have an amazing team and a clear purpose to exist.
