Xylem is looking for a Service Technician- Electrical at our Townsville Location. The service technician is required to conduct scheduled service work, strip, overhaul, repair, test and inspect various Xylem systems and products.
The role:
- Carry out workshop and onsite services on various Xylem Products (both mechanical and Electrical)
- Prepare Service Reports
- Repair, monitor and install equipment
- Provide feedback to customers on each service visit
- Inspect and test products prior to dispatch to customers.
- Clean, strip and rebuild systems, pumps, and mixers in the workshop or on the customer site if required.
About you:
- Prior experience as an Electrical Fitter/ Service Technician.
- A qualified Electrical Tradesperson.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work cohesively with others to achieve common goals.
