Generation and management of Purchase orders, follow up for timely deliveries

Responsibilities:

- Generation and management of Purchase orders, follow up for timely deliveries
- Control and monitor of accurate stock levels
- Daily interaction with various departments related to the smooth delivery and receipt of orders;
- Support Site Sourcing Leaders in administration/technical management of various commodities and suppliers

Requirements:

3rd/4th year student or recent graduate;
Good English language skills;
Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communicative, adaptive, team player.
