Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HV cabling and line scopes of our program of works, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of cabling and transmission line projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on HV line projects and or transmission/distribution projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
