About the Job
- Answer incoming calls to address applicant’s questions/concerns.
- Schedule interviews and book transportation as needed.
- Create new and update existing records across all programs – Ecolane, GetGoing, Spare.
- Check in applicants upon arrival and notify ADA Eligibility Specialists that their appointment has arrived.
- Prepare eligibility determination letters and any additional letters or material to be mailed.
- Prepare Daily Determination Reports, Weekly KPI Reports, Bi-Monthly Eligible Rider Reports, Monthly CERT Reports, any additional reports as needed and send to designated recipients.
- Assist Community Transit and Everett Transit as needed.
- Collect incoming mail daily and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Process any incoming physical applications and call to schedule an interview immediately.
- Upload and scan assessments, letters, and any additional supplemental documents to applicant’s profile.
- Participate is staff meetings with leadership and/or client.
- Participate in initial and on-going training as required by Transdev and Client.
- Always provide high quality customer service, maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with applicants, support staff, and caregivers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Computer literate (Familiar with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day)
- Push and pull objects up to 40 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
