About the Job

Au sein du service Ressources Humaines, vous rejoignez notre équipe dynamique comme Assistant.e Ressources Humaines et êtes un véritable relais de nos managers opérationnels.

A ce titre, vous prenez en charge un portefeuille approximatif de 200 salariés pour conseiller et accompagner nos managers dans leurs problématiques RH quotidiennes sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Ressources Humaines.

Sur le périmètre qui vous est confié, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Relations sociales : accompagnement des salariés et conseils aux manager, appuie dans la gestion des IRP ;
Gestion administrative du personnel : rédaction des contrats de travail et des avenants, affiliation mutuelle, mise à disposition, transferts, participations aux procédures disciplinaires, préparation des éléments pour les soldes de tout compte, procédure de fin de contrats (rupture conventionnelle, démission…) ;
Paie : préparation, saisie et vérification des éléments variables de paie ;
Santé et sécurité : déclaration et suivi des accidents de travail et des maladies professionnelles, suivi des visites médicales... ;
Suivi du logiciel de gestion des temps : suivi des anomalies, vérification des compteurs….
