The purpose of this position is to process customer samples while maintaining consistent customer service, efficiency, quality and accuracy standards required by the company.

The Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 0900-1715 and Friday 0900-1730

Key Responsibilities are:

taking in of customer samples, sorting and labelling them while ensuring that the correct information is recorded onto the LIMS system for samples that are to be analysed.
supporting the sales and customer services team in administration and planning.
handling any customer related queries where necessary and liaising with their team to problem solve these queries if needed.
Undertaking general administration duties including photocopying, typing, filing etc. as required
