BIM Manager

We are currently recruiting for a BIM Manager to join us at our Panama City office. The selected candidate will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for complex projects and programs in Panama. The role involves overseeing the coordination and integration of BIM across all project phases, ensuring that the project’s digital models meet all technical and client requirements.

Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:

• BIM Strategy Development: Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows aligned with project goals and industry best practices.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Facilitate cross-discipline coordination, ensuring that all stakeholders (designers, contractors, and consultants) are working within a cohesive BIM framework.
• Model Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of digital models, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with program specifications.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Lead the clash detection process and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any conflicts identified within the models.
• Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes to ensure efficient use and implementation.
• Data Management: Manage the integration of BIM data with other project management tools, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all BIM-related documentation and deliverables meet legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Regularly report on BIM progress, challenges, and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
