Oversee Representative Offices</h3><ul><li>Oversee financial, reporting, and compliance for representative offices</li><li>Liaise with local consultants or service providers to ensure alignment with regional finance strategy and compliance standards</li><li>Monitor local office costs, budgets, and assist in cross-border reporting requirements</li></ul><h3>V. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</h3><ul><li>Prepare and present monthly business performance reviews to leadership</li><li>Monitor and analyze key financial metrics including revenue trends, cost management, and variance analysis</li><li>Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity within the business</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h1><span>Qualifications:</span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><h3>•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred<br>•    At least 6–8 years of experience in finance roles, including business partnering experience in a regional or commercial setting<br>•    Sound knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (e.g., GST, ACRA, IRAS)<br>•    Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders<br>•    Experience coordinating with Shared Services or outsourced finance teams<br>•    High level of independence, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills<br>•    Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP; advanced Excel skills required.
