Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a financial administrative to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Investor Relations (IR) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support Alantra Asset Management products.

IR Related Tasks:

• Support the digitalization process started in the area
• Prepare and send information and communications to investors. Both recurrent and ad-hoc requests.
• Perform and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) materials when required.
• Control and oversight of fund’s administrators. Coordination of the different service providers.
• Review of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
• Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
• Preparation of documentation for the Boards of the different products.

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

• Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Full-time availability.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, or fund management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• High level of english
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
