About the Job
Join a fast-growing, listed company with a purpose! Fastned owns and operates a growing network of more than 300 fast charging stations across 9 European countries, allowing electric vehicle drivers to fastcharge their car with 100% green energy. Our mission is to accelerate the transition towards sustainable mobility by giving freedom to electric drivers. We have recently been awarded “Best Charging Network” in the UK, France and the Netherlands, further establishing Fastned as the leading player in the field. If you’re ready to drive change in the sustainable energy sector, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
Your role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled NetSuite ERP Specialist to support our rapidly growing business. We are preparing for scale, while maturing our business procedures. This role is critical in both "running the business" (i.e. ensuring NetSuite supports daily operations reliably) and "changing the business" (i.e. driving new initiatives, improvements and business process optimization as we scale). You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure NetSuite aligns with operational needs in for example inventory management, asset management, lease management, finance, and customer processes unique to e-mobility. This role is crucial in designing the full Finance system ecosystem in an efficient, effective and scalable way.
Change the Business (CTB):
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions optimizing the full Fastned ecosystem
Be the project lead & support NetSuite projects including new module rollouts, new processes or integrations with Servicenow (e.g. with the data warehouse and certain business tools )
Design, implement, and optimize workflows, custom fields, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements to support the scalability and agility needed for a maturing company
Explore the use of AI as well, either to support the Netsuite ecosystem or the general Finance ecosystem.
Support change management and user training to ensure successful adoption of new features or processes, including documentation and the creation of a knowledge base.
Run the Business (RTB):
Act as the first line of support for NetSuite-related user issues and requests across departments, in close collaboration with the external Netsuite support.
Maintain system stability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain access management (including user configurations, permissions, and workflows)
Ensure data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and validations.
Monitor system performance and uptime, coordinate minor updates or patches with the external NetSuite support or internal teams.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is an initiator and takes ownership on tasks assigned. A keen eye for details and critical thinking are of great help in keeping our financial records up to date and accurate.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including system administration, configuration, and process design.
Strong understanding of business processes with for example procurement, asset management and finance — ideally within e-mobility, automotive, or high-growth tech.
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations (e.g., via Celigo, Boomi, or REST APIs).
Experience in scaling ERP systems in fast-growth or startup-to-scaleup environments.
Ability to manage priorities across support and strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Process-oriented and data-driven mindset
High adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving industry
