There are two full-time internship opportunities for students who have an upcoming internship as part of their Master's program and are available for at least 10 weeks or up to full semester during Autumn 2025 semester.
There are two positions available, one working primarily with projects, and the other with fleet operations. Please state your role preference in the job application, or you can apply for both roles.
The Opportunity
The Global Fleet Sales Operations team develops and drives the strategy behind Polestar’s fleet business — including how we sell to large organizations, leasing companies, and corporate customers. We support local markets by providing tools, training, and insights that help them grow their fleet sales. As an intern, you'll work closely with the Development or Operations Lead at our headquarters in Gothenburg, gaining hands-on experience in supporting global initiatives that shape the future of fleet sales at Polestar.
The Responsibilities
As an intern, you'll support the Global Fleet Sales Operations team by helping maintain core sales processes and contributing to the development of digital tools that enhance the customer journey. Your work will directly support Polestar’s ambition to become the go-to brand for fleet customers. The role offers flexibility and can be tailored to your interests and educational goals. Potential responsibilities include:
Project Management Intern Responsibilities
- Assisting the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination, including tracking timelines, preparing documentation, and organizing follow-ups
- Supporting cross-functional project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing actions and decisions, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables
- Helping manages incoming development requests from markets by analyzing needs, defining scope, and preparing inputs for the digital team backlog
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to support the roll-out of updates to fleet platforms and tools
- Participating in the preparation of internal presentations and contributing to project briefings, progress reporting, dashboard updates, and KPI tracking using Excel and other internal tools
- Providing general support across fleet-related initiatives, with a particular focus on project-based workstreams.
Operations Support Intern Responsibilities
- Assisting Operation Coordinators with market communication to understand and address daily operational needs.
- Assisting with ongoing operational projects by collecting data, building reports and forming conclusions to create process improvements.
- Contributing to internal presentations and project briefings.
- Updating dashboards, tracking KPIs, and assisting with performance reporting using Excel, salesforce and other internal tools.
- Handling queries from markets via the Service Desk and coordinating across teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Updating customer agreement templates, training material and presentations and other ad hoc reporting.

You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to apply new knowledge quickly.
To be a great fit for this internship, we believe you:
- Are a student located in Gothenburg currently enrolled on a a mastersprogram
- Are currently enrolled in a university program in a business-related field
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Have experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Can interpret data and turn insights into actionable feedback
- Have previous experience in a service desk or customer support role (a plus, but not required)
