Electric Power Engineers (EPE) is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our Energy Resources Business Unit in Panama City. This position will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team and play a key role in the development and coordination of client-facing deliverables, proposals, and business documentation related to our engineering and consulting services in the power sector.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in administrative and business development functions, particularly those familiar with technical environments or the energy industry. The selected candidate will support directors and senior team members by helping manage proposal development, client documentation workflows, and ongoing coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in English.

How you can make an impact:

• Coordinate and support the preparation and finalization of technical and commercial proposals for clients.

• Maintain accurate records of proposal task orders, numbering, and formatting.

• Track and manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), consultant and contractor agreements, and purchase orders.

• Follow up with clients regarding approvals and outstanding documentation when required.

• Assist with proposal delivery logistics and ensure timely submission.

• Support internal team members with administrative and coordination needs related to business pursuits.

• Provide support with internal dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.

• Collaborate closely with directors, project coordinators, and other PMO team members to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across client-facing materials.

Qualifications

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

• Strong English language skills (written and spoken) are essential.

• For Coordinator-level applicants: 1+ years of experience in business coordination, technical sales support, or a similar administrative role.

• For Associate-level applicants: 5+ years of experience, ideally in technical sales, engineering services, or the energy sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or other dashboard/reporting tools is a strong plus.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a technical, consulting, or business development environment is preferred.
