Bioassay testing, cell passages, media/buffer preps
Lab housekeeping
Data entry/documentation
Be able to technically review and verify qualification protocols and logbook entries.
Equipment calibrations, equipment sanitization
Interact effectively with customers and support groups.
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot instrument-related issues.
Ability to work independently and accurately with minimal supervision
Second person verification
Deviation investigations, Change controls
Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
Prepare and review job plans, conduct semiannual performance reviews, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, perform succession planning in preparation for growth
Collaborate closely with leaders and clients in implementing overall business directives
