Project Engineer - On Site

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our engineering services team during construction for a large municipal infrastructure project in North Vancouver, BC. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering design and construction, or construction management.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with constructors, designers, and other professionals to clarify project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments on proposed constructability alternatives to assess viability.
• Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of equipment to assess conformance with specifications and design. 
• Provide regular project updates and maintain detailed construction logs and documentation.
• Review and approve project documentation, provide input on technical elements of change orders, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractor and owner to facilitate efficient project execution
