Responsibilities:

• Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies

• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop optimal workflows and processes

• Reviews Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals

• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture

• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch

• Ensures that all local, legal and Freudenberg requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment are fulfilled

• Supports the creation of training documents and delivers training

• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase individual and team understanding and capability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field .
• Process Design and Optimization: Creating and refining manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs 
• Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitoring and controlling processes through statistical methods to ensure consistent quality 
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machining equipment.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Ensuring that processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements 
• Advanced Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions 
• Automation and Control Systems: managing automated systems to enhance process efficiency ​
