This position requires strong technical expertise in both maintenance and construction to ensure shutdown events are executed seamlessly, with all departments working in alignment to deliver efficient and timely results. The Senior Shutdown Planner will collaborate closely with maintenance teams, contractors, technical program managers, engineers, and construction personnel to maximize equipment uptime and operational readiness. Additionally, this role will provide leadership and day-to-day oversight for a team of maintenance planners responsible for developing detailed job plans and preventive maintenance schedules across
