About the Job

Interface regularly with Project manager & Director and project delivery teams.
Support project pursuit teams in bid preparation as required.
Handle project financial management for international and Hong Kong projects
Prepare management and financial reporting, business analysis, and budgetary control
Driving internal process efficiency and ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered
Assist in deliver operational KPI and liaise with internal project managers and report to top management directly on a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Ensure that company policy and risk management procedures are understood and implemented.
Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process (SCCS) and Gift and Entertainment policy (GEAS) ·
Ad-hoc assignments as and when required
