Role Purpose
As the Senior Integrations Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and service delivery of integration services across Wood Mackenzie’s Business Solutions ecosystem.
Reporting to the Data Lead and working under the direction of the Enterprise Data Architect, you will coordinate support operations, manage integration-related requests and issues, and work closely with third-party service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across our integration landscape.
This is a complex business applications environment supported by a combination of brokered integrations (MuleSoft & IBM App Connect) and direct point-to-point (P2P) integrations across multiple cloud and on-premise systems. While this role is not hands-on technical, a strong understanding of integration principles, technologies, and service operations is important to provide effective oversight, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the stability and evolution of critical data flows within a global business, supporting both business-as-usual (BAU) activities and strategic integration initiatives.
Integration Transformation
Wood Mackenzie is currently reviewing its integration technology stack as part of a wider transformation initiative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and rollout of new integration tooling, and to help shape the supporting service and operating models.
As a key stakeholder in this transition, you will work closely with the Enterprise Data Architect and integration partners to ensure that future-state solutions are aligned with business needs and service standards. While hands-on implementation is not expected, you will have the opportunity to be trained on the chosen platforms and to develop expertise in modern integration practices.

Integration Tooling Oversight (Level 1 Support)
- Perform basic, non-complex configuration tasks using integration management tools
- Manage integration schedules and ensure timely execution of jobs
- Track integration successes and failures, and where possible, correct and resubmit failed jobs

Change Management
- Create and maintain integration-related change records in ServiceNow
- Represent the Integrations team in Change Approval Board meetings and other governance forums
Credentials & Certificate Management
- Maintain service account credentials (usernames and passwords) used in integrations
- Coordinate the refresh and issuance of integration keys and security certificates
Backlog & Work Management
- Maintain the Jira-based integration backlog and manage the team’s Kanban board
