Banyan Infrastructure is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to spearhead our outbound marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and generating high-quality opportunities for our sales team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing targeted outbound campaigns to engage key accounts and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs). This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works a hybrid weekly schedule (4 days in office/1 days remote) with the flexibility to adjust on an ad hoc basis. We will prioritize candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area who can come into the office regularly.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Outbound & ABM Program Development: Design, implement, and manage integrated outbound demand generation programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, to target key accounts and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Target Account Identification & Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to identify and prioritize strategic target accounts for focused outbound and ABM efforts.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns leveraging email marketing, strategic cold outreach (calls and personalized communications), LinkedIn outreach, content syndication, and other relevant tactics.
  • Content Mapping & Personalization: Collaborate with the Marketing team to map relevant content to target accounts and personas, ensuring highly personalized and value-driven communications.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of outbound and ABM campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement to maximize ROI.
  • Technology Stack Management: Leverage and optimize our marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platform) to effectively execute and track outbound and ABM initiatives.
  • Lead Scoring & Handoff Process: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine lead scoring models and ensure a seamless and efficient handoff process for qualified opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and overall demand generation goals.
  • Operational Management: Lead and direct the Business Development Representative (BDR) team in executing strategic demand generation programs to achieve sales opportunities.

What you’ll need:

  • Demand Generation Expertise: 8+ years of proven experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong focus on designing and executing outbound campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Outbound Marketing Mastery: Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with various outbound marketing techniques, including strategic multi-channel sequencing, personalized outreach, and leveraging sales engagement platforms.
  • ABM Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Account-Based Marketing programs targeting enterprise-level clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messaging for senior-level executives.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, and use data to drive optimization decisions.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred), and sales engagement tools (e.g., Grove, ZoomInfo) for campaign management and tracking.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Industry Experience: Experience marketing software or SaaS solutions is highly preferred. Prior experience in fintech, climate tech, or renewable energy software is a significant plus.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving demand generation targets.

Compensation $101,000 - $170,000 base salary plus equity
