About the Job

Lead and support environmental and social (E&S) feasibility studies for energy sector projects (natural gas, LNG to Power, biomass, Waste to Energy, wind, solar, hybrid, etc.) and potential other sectors e.g. infrastructure.
Lead and support Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) studies for energy sector projects and potential other sectors.
Lead and support as lenders environmental and social advisor during the construction and operation of energy sector projects and potential other sectors, including supporting consultations with Project Affected Persons and other stakeholders in the Philippines.
Perform the role as Project Manager for Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) and the development E&S Management Plans. Provide guidance on environmental matters, including regulatory E&S requirements in the Philippines.
Support Clients to develop and implement Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS).
Contribute to business development by providing strategic advice on environmental and social issues to existing and potential clients, including the preparation of marketing material.
Preparation of proposals (technical and financial) for environmental social services.
Support other AFRY E&S staff in the region and contribute to work outside of the region when opportunities arise.
Enforce ethics and compliance in accordance with AFRY Code of Conduct.
