About the Job

De afdeling Customer Support is verantwoordelijk voor het klantcontact, het uitvoeren van verkoopondersteunende activiteiten, het begeleiden van orders en het ondersteunen van de financiële administratie. Dit is voor zowel de nationale- als de internationale markt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Het invoeren van ordergegevens;
Het ondersteunen van de financiële afdeling;
In de toekomst zullen er taken toegevoegd die betrekking hebben op het contact met klanten:
- Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via de telefoon en e-mail;
- Het zelfstandig beantwoorden van vragen van klanten. Als je het antwoord niet weet ga je schakelen met collega’s uit je team. Jij bent pas tevreden als de klant tevreden is;
- Jij begeleidt en volgt monsters; van het inzetten bij ontvangst, tot aan de afronding van de resultaten en de verslaglegging;
- Het ondersteunen van de accountmanagers bij verkoopactiviteiten. Bijvoorbeeld het voorbereiden en verwerken van offertes;
