Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

With our software for optimized control of heating systems in residential buildings, we actively combat climate change. By digitalizing and automating control processes, we not only reduce emissions but also lower energy consumption — actively driving the energy transition forward.

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll become part of our Platforms Team and help bring our product vision to life: "Emitting less, gaining more: Transform residential buildings into auto-optimising, CO2-neutral assets."

Tasks

You’ll play a key role in the development of our software and take responsibility for implementing feature requests. In your day-to-day work, you:

• Write software by implementing features and changes end-to-end — from the database model to the backend and frontend.
• Collaborate closely with your team to understand the underlying problems and requirements.
• Contribute to team planning by helping define tasks, set priorities, and estimate timelines.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in software development.
• You bring a fullstack mindset and are curious about (or open to learning) software infrastructure and operations.
• You’ve worked with React.
• You know how to design and implement RESTful backend services.
• You write clean, high-quality, production-ready code.
• You are able to take responsibility and work in direct collaboration with other engineers.
• You think in a structured way and solve problems methodically.
• You communicate clearly and effectively.
• You’re fluent in English.

Bringing experience in the following areas would be a plus:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience with AWS.
