You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Understanding products and assisting the business team in finding non-standard legal solutions to a wide range of legal issues, while mitigating legal risks;</li><li>Providing leadership to ensure the legality of business activities, ass well as legal corporate governance and corporate housekeeping;</li><li>Participating directly in business projects together with the business team, representing the company before state authorities, institutions, and in relations with third parties;</li><li>Drafting and analyzing various contracts and other corporate and business documents in English and Estonian;</li><li>Managing the company's legal projects and cases;</li><li>Liaising with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.</li></ul>
