About the Job

Builds analytic and design skills.
Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
Apply Indian (IS) and international design codes and standards in structural design.
Perform design and analysis of concrete and steel structures, exploring multiple design options considering various materials, configurations, and design philosophies.
Review multidisciplinary inputs and integrate them effectively into structural designs.
Interpret geotechnical and topographical survey reports to derive essential design parameters.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure clash-free and code-compliant designs.
Develop automation tools using Excel macros to improve design efficiency.
Learn and implement computational design tools including Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Python to reduce repetitive work and enhance productivity.
Assist in the design, coordination, planning, and execution of engineering projects.
Engage with senior engineers to understand and execute project requirements.
Review structural drawings prepared by modelers and conduct QA/QC checks in accordance with company standards.
Prepare design calculations, Reports, conceptual sketches, technical schemes, and memos.
Support senior engineers in delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals and engineering reports.
Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, client representatives, and contractors.
