Trojan values the integrity of our business relations, the quality of our deep-cycle technology, reliability of our products and services, as well as the professional growth of our team members.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) </li><li>Understand and practice the Quality policy</li><li>Loads raw materials into machines</li><li>Manually on and off bears materials from/to machines</li><li>Operates cork spraying machine</li><li>Dross ladle and pot when needed</li><li>Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity, makes minor adjustments to correct problems under supervision.</li><li>Assist team members in maximizing production</li><li>Be familiar with all grid types, proper alignment on pallets and proper stacks</li><li>Must also be sure to use only non-defective pallets or slip sheets</li><li>Generally, meets minimum grid production requirements.</li><li>Complete hourly CTQ data collector entry</li><li>Operates a Forklift to move materials</li><li>Identifies a variety of grid types </li><li>Understand and follow Work Instructions</li><li>Be at work station on time</li><li>Leave work station on time, unless otherwise instructed by the Team Lead or Supervisor</li><li>Follow and maintain Lean activities (5S, Housekeeping, etc.)</li><li>Assist with mold and trim die changes </li><li>Be at work station on time</li><li>Leave work station on time, unless otherwise instructed by the Team Lead/Supervisor</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment, and be able to handle challenging situations</li><li>Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime</li><li>Ability to be detail oriented, and sense of urgency</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Read, write and speak basic English</li><li>Understand specifications and labels associated with hazardous material</li><li>Performs basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)</li><li>Ability to learn team skills</li><li>Understands CTQ &amp; SPC – reads &amp; understands charts and graphs</li><li>Forklift certification</li></ul>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE &amp; CERTIFICATIONS<ul><li>High School Diploma or greater.  </li></ul>SAFETY REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Comply with Blood Lead Health and Hygiene Protocols</li><li>Understand and Comply with correct lifting procedures which enable lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Comply with Hazards Communication procedures</li><li>Must follow all ergonomic recommendations and safety procedures</li></ul>if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
