We are hiring for a Procurement Manager - Middle East & Africa, who will be responsible to lead a team of buyers and specialists focused on driving our growth and sustainability strategies. Your leadership will ensure the team consistently achieves best-in-class performance across supply chain, quality, and pricing objectives.

Role Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for developing your team in alignment with procurement policies and tools, fostering essential soft skills that enhance value-added activities such as stakeholder and supplier relationship management. This role acts as a vital link between the regional function and the global category team, supplier quality, and internal customers, ensuring all business requirements are met effectively

What you’ll do:

  • Own and nurture key relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, driving collaboration with the category management team.

  • Lead the implementation of category strategies within the region.

  • Develop, mentor, and lead the procurement team to achieve high performance.

  • Drive sourcing activities that deliver value and sustainability, including supplier evaluation and selection, market analysis, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing supplier management.

  • Manage MRP demand in collaboration with our technology partners and the wider team to optimize buying, inventory levels, and leverage scale efficiencies.

  • Oversee risk reporting and management activities related to audit findings, P2P policies, and other procurement controls.

  • Manage the procurement budget and ensure alignment with key financial objectives.

You’ll have the following skills and experience: 

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience

  • Procurement Excellence: Deep understanding of operational complexities with a focus on driving simplification and delivering measurable value.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead with innovation, challenge existing norms, and implement efficient, forward-thinking solutions.

  • Relationship Management: Proven capability to build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.

  • Effective Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels.

  • Leadership: Inspires, motivates, and supports teams to achieve high performance and continuous development.

  • Cost Efficiency: Skilled in optimizing procurement processes, negotiating favorable terms, and executing cost-saving strategies to maximize organizational value.
