Job Description Summary Position Summary 	As a key role of product development team, Design Engineer works with Control Products Engineer and testing engineer closely to be responsible for hydraulic control module and solenoid products design. 	Work by following Borgwarner Product Development PlanPrincipal Accountabilities / Responsibilities<ul><li>Good at info share and cross function cooperation with Mechanical, GSM,GQS. and global strength to accomplish competitive designs</li><li>Being responsible for product design to meet both BW and customer requirement.</li><li>Being responsible for tech review with suppliers, customers, BW China plants</li><li>Be responsible for design release including drawings, engineering documentation such as components spec, stack up, design change etc.</li><li>Being responsible for all design related support, including design review, design status update, VAVE, testing fixtures, brain storm, LL share, etc.</li><li>Summary report was required by end of design release.</li></ul>Requirements / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor degree or above (required) in Mechanical &amp; Hydraulic in Automotive  (preferred)</li><li>At least 2 years working experience in OEM or automotive supplier (required), experience on transmission or hydraulic system or solenoid (preferred)</li><li>Can-do &amp; self-learning attitude, be able to work with pressure</li><li>Be interested in the design activities, good at Catia V5, GD&amp;T, MS Office (required)</li><li>Language skills: English (required)</li><li>Transmission control system knowledge (preferred)</li><li>Good at invention (preferred)</li></ul>Internal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
