Nous cherchons à embaucher un(e) répartiteur(trice) pour se joindre notre équipe de service dynamique. En tant que Coordinateur (trice), vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients et les sous-traitants. C'est un environnement au rythme rapide, nous recherchons donc quelqu'un qui carbure à travailler sous pression.
À quoi ressembleront vos journées en tant que Coordinateur (trice) de services?
- Acheminer le trafic quotidien de l'équipe de service et trier en conséquence: Billets de service, appels téléphoniques, courriels
- Être sur appel le soir et fin de semaine pour les appels urgents approximativement 1 semaine par mois
- Gérer les horaires des techniciens de service internes
- Gérer le calendrier des sous-traitants au besoin
- Créer des devis de main-d'œuvre
- Créer des factures de main-d'œuvre
- Créer des ordres de service
- Traitez avec des clients partout en Amérique du Nord

We are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic Service team. As our Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for customers and subcontractors. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who gets energized by working under pressure.
What will your days look like?
Route daily Service team traffic and triage accordingly, including:
Service tickets
Phone calls
Emails
- Being on-call to answer urgent Service calls approximately 1 week per month
- Manage schedules of internal Service technicians
Manage schedule of subcontractors as required
Create labor quotes
Create labor invoices
Create Service Orders
Deal with customers throughout North America
