About the Job
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden nach erfolgreichem Verkaufsgespräch und begleitest die Kunden durch Prozess der Vertragsunterschrift.
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du den Kunden zudem bei der Beantragung der Förderung.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen optimal auf den weiteren Prozess vorbereitet sind, indem du eine Bindung zum Kunden aufbaust.
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kundendaten im CRM-System immer gut gepflegt sind
- Du garantierst unseren Kunden ein herausragendes Erlebnis, begeisterst Sie von Enpal und machst Sie zu Fans
