About the Job
Als Senior Category Manager – Indirect Procurement (w/m/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Einkaufsteam:
Du verantwortest mehrere indirekte Warengruppen – z. B. IT, Marketing, Logistik, Energie oder Facility Management – und entwickelst dafür Einkaufsstrategien sowie starke Lieferantenpartnerschaften.
Darüber hinaus koordinierst du das Tagesgeschäft gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung, unterstützt Junior-Kolleg:innen bei ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und bringst deine Erfahrung ein, um Prozesse, Tools und Standards im indirekten Einkauf weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für mehrere indirekte Warengruppen (z. B. IT, Marketing, Logistik, Energie, Facility Management) und Entwicklung passender Einkaufsstrategien
- Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferant:innen und internen Stakeholder:innen
- Funktionale Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei der Koordination des Tagesgeschäfts sowie Mentoring und fachliche Begleitung von Junior-Kolleg:innen
- Aufbau neuer Partnerschaften und aktive Steuerung bestehender Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Analyse von Einkaufsdaten zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung und kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung sowie Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Beschaffungsprozesses für indirekte Produkte und Dienstleistungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen sowie unserer Rechts- und Finanzteams
