About the Job
- Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Probenregistrierung (m/w/d) bist du für die fachgerechte Registrierung von Proben, Erfassung bzw. elektronischer Import der Probeninformation im firmeneigenen Labor-Informations-Management-System (LIMS) der täglich eingehenden Proben verantwortlich.
- Du dokumentierst alle speziellen Details zu Aufträgen und Projekten im hauseigenen System und priorisiert die Proben nach den vorhandenen Vorgaben.
- Weiterhin überprüfst DU eigenständig, ob die angelieferten Proben (Boden, Bausubstanz, Wasser, Abwasser) plausibel und vollständig sind und tritts ggf. mit dem Kunden in Kontakt.
- Wenn es fachliche Probleme gibt, bist Du derjenige/diejenige, der sie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungs- und Laborleitung aus dem Weg räumt und für ein verbesserten Probenfluss im Unternehmen sorgst.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und sorgst in Absprache mit Deinen Kolleg:innen dafür, dass alles in der Abteilung wie am Schnürchen läuft.
