About the Job

Regularly testing Raw Materials using wet chemistry techniques
Periodic Raw Material sampling activities
Write / revise laboratory-related documentation (e.g. SOPs, SPECs)
Maintain laboratory supplies
Ensure continuous laboratory compliance with all cGMP requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-facing environment.
Perform visual testing on all components of drug product container, closure, and medical device components
May also conduct testing that supports the release of container, closure, and medical device components utilizing several manual and instrumental techniques and documenting associated test results
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
Participate in required training activities
Gathers data and documents test results.
Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
Completes laboratory documentation and reviews logbook data.
Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups.
Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance using Lean & 5s
