About the Job
- To provide HVAC Engineering services at a senior level, covering all activities ranging from Client interaction, Project Development/Preliminary Design, Detail Design, Construction Support & Commissioning in line with Safety, Schedule, Budget parameters.
- Serves as a technical expert in HVAC of building engineering practices.
Responsible and plays a key role in HVAC design / tender management and discipline quality control. - Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables.
- Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process quality improvement initiatives
- Keep track on new technology, methodology and design concept, ensure that design activities hold a competitive level.
- Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning.
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineer. /LP
