Your mission <ul><li>Sales of JA Solar PV modules</li><li>Reach JA Solar market share as well as JA Solar profit targets </li><li>Acquisition of new customers and building stable sales relationships </li><li>Drafting sales plans </li><li>Negotiations on prices, volumes and further contract terms and conditions </li><li>Ensuring customer satisfaction • Coordination with internal departments for pre-sales, sales execution and after-sales </li><li>Regular reporting as required by the company incl. Information on the negotiations with customers </li><li>Collection and analysing market and competitors information </li><li>Participation in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars and other promotional campaigns </li><li>Protect corporate interest, improve the company´s image in the industry and in the public sector </li><li>Support in order execution as needed</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Completed studies of Business Managament, Internation Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies or similar subjects. </li><li>Fluent in German and English </li><li>More than 4 yearly experience in sales of PV modules into distribution or working for a PV Distributor/Wholesaler.</li><li>Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude </li><li>Technical background in solar as a great advantage to take a second role of technical manager in sub team. </li><li>Willing to travel</li></ul>PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: <ul><li>Self-motivated and performance driven </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Problem solving ability </li><li>Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented</li></ul>
