Power Factors fights climate change with code.   *Outside China and India ABOUT THE ROLE  We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collections, managing client accounts, and supporting the month-end close process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to improve financial processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING  <ul><li>Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices </li><li>Issue and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and resolve billing issues</li><li>Reconcile AR accounts and investigate discrepancies</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Project Management) to resolve disputes</li><li>Prepare AR-related reports and assist in month-end and year-end close activities </li><li>Support audit requirements and provide necessary documentation when needed</li><li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives in AR workflows </li></ul>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL  We believe you enjoy working in a purpose-driven organization and that you thrive in an environment where you need to find creative solutions to challenging problems in a fast-changing context.
