This ISO 9001 FLIR facility designs, builds, and services advanced surveillance radar systems that are sold worldwide. Administrative and customer service support

Primary Duties & responsibilities

Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:

• Ensure communication with customer for RMAs
• Enter RMA information in SAP system
• Prepare quote for unit repaired
• Prepare shipping documents to return the units to the customer
• Request HTS code for new and existing product
• In accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)
• Purchase office supplies
• Create purchase requisition for Engineering group
• Track shipments from Laval to the customer
• Communicate with customers for shipping instruction
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/accountability or related discipline
• Experience with SAP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience in a small business environment is an asset
• Bilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language
• Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A cet emplacement certifié ISO 9001, FLIR conçoit, construit et entretient des systèmes radar de surveillance de pointe qui sont vendus dans le monde entier. Nos systèmes radar sont parmi les plus performants et les plus fiables de l’industrie.

Administration et support au service a la clientèle

Responsabilités :

Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilités dans les domaines spécifiques énumérés ci-dessous :

• Assurer la communication avec les clients pour les RMA
• Effectuer l’entrée de données pour les RMA dans SAP
• Préparer les soumissions pour les unités réparés.
• Communiquer les instructions d’expédition aux clients et préparer les documents d’expédition
• Faire les demandes de code tarifaire HTS pour les nouveaux produits et ceux existant
• Effectuer la vérification des expéditions en conformité avec nos procédures (Itar-GTC)
• Effectuer l’achat de la papeterie
• Préparer les réquisitions d’achat pour l’ingénierie
• Effectuer le suivi des envois à nos clients
• Toutes autres taches demandées

Exigences

• Diplôme d’Études Collégiales en administration/chaine d'approvisionnement ou discipline relié au poste
• Connaissance de SAP est un atout
• Être multi-tâches et désir de s’impliquer dans l’entreprise
• Expérience en petite entreprise est un atout
• Être bilingue français et anglais, écrit et oral
• Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
