This  customer-facing role requires a dynamic individual with experience in complex systems  and the ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Primary Energy Storage System engineering contact to the customer</li><li>Coordinates with the Program Manager of the Product and supports them in meeting the milestones</li><li>Lead pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.</li><li>Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain system architectures, requirements, and specifications.</li><li>Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Lead technical support and guidance to customers throughout early customer engagement through project award.</li><li>Lead a cross functional engineering team including, systems, electronics, software, mechanical, modeling, and cells.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of energy solutions.</li><li>Conduct system-level analysis, modeling, or simulation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: <ul><li>University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Fluency in both German and English</li><li>Proven experience in systems engineering, particularly in the automotive industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors, including electronics and software.</li><li>Experience with complex systems and automotive customers.</li><li>Experience with automotive Functional Safety, ISO26262</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple project simultaneously.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.</li><li>Proficiency in system modeling and simulation tools.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience in Project Management is desired</li></ul>Benefits: What we offer youAs a technology leader with strong brand (i.e. VARTA® and OPTIMA®), Clarios notably lives on the creativity, capability and satisfaction of its employees.
