  • Collaborate closely with the PM, Delivery Enablement, to ensure a cohesive, frictionless customer journey from lead capture through delivery handoff.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Lead-to-Order process, using these insights to recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with analytics teams to monitor sales trends, predict customer behavior, and support decision-making with actionable insights.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or product management, with a focus on sales enablement, customer experience, or process improvement.

Expertise:

  • Proven success in managing complex programs or projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Order journey, sales processes, and enablement tools.

Skills:

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
