Financial Accountant/FP&A Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial decision-making, provide strategic insights, develop financial models, and ensure alignment with business objectives for sustainable growth
• P&L Management: Creating and managing budgets and forecasting revenue and expenses. Communicate financial results and performance to stakeholders.
• Internal Controls & Reporting: Establish robust internal controls and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Growth Mindset: Continuously enhance financial processes with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability to support our company’s growth trajectory.


Qualifications and Experience
• 10 years' experience in a financial accountant or FP&A role.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in a global business environment.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment.Proficiency in MYOB and Dynamics 365; advanced Excel skills are essential.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
