For our new office in Cairo, we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Financial Analysis & Business Partnership

You analyze financial performance across business units and proactively challenge Business Controllers to improve commercial decisions.
You support Accounting teams in ensuring correct postings and transparency on P&L, cost centers, and project codes.

Reporting & Automation

You further develop and automate cost and management reports to support financial steering and enhance data availability across departments.
You refine cost allocation and recharge mechanisms to reflect operational realities and ensure fairness across business units.

Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement

You coordinate cross-functional reporting processes and ensure high-quality performance dialogues within the organization.
You drive the improvement of financial tools, processes, and reporting standards in close collaboration with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

You create training materials and run onboarding sessions to upskill both Finance and Business teams in understanding and using financial reports and KPIs.
