This will allow for training in safe work practices, understanding team goals and allows for personal growth through OJT and classroom training plans. <br><br>Candidates should work to achieve knowledge of all Facilities Systems and equipment for all assigned areas. Must Learn to develop strategies to meet team and company goals.<br><br> The Jr. Tech will report to their assigned Maintenance Team Trainer as well as various supervisors and managers throughout the Facilities organization. The candidate must be willing to learn the assigned facilities systems, be a problem solver, communicate and be a self-starter in the execution of daily activities.
