About the Job

Your mission
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding our organization’s integrity. You will ensure that all internal operations, business practices, and documentation comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall compliance framework.
Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and industry standards.
Conduct internal audits and proactively assess processes, practices, and documentation to identify potential compliance risks or weaknesses.
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to company policies.
Analyze internal business systems to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure company-wide adherence to internal standards and business goals.
Act as the main point of contact for all compliance-related matters, internally and externally.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure business operations comply with internal policies.
Handle queries and concerns related to legal and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants.
Maintain detailed records of compliance activities.
Prepare and submit compliance and regulatory reports.
Design and implement internal control systems to manage violations or misconduct.
Identify, investigate, and report on compliance incidents, irregularities, and breaches.
Lead and oversee the implementation of legal compliance programs and enterprise risk management strategies.

Your profile

Successfully completed higher education or training in business administration, law, or a related field.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable compliance role, ideally within a private equity or hedge fund-owned company.
Strong hands-on mentality with a high degree of integrity, discretion, and accuracy.
Self-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent written and spoken command of English. German and Spanish would be a benefit.
