About the Job

Your mission:

Operational purchasing of parts, assemblies, end products and merchandise with request for quotations, quotation analysis, order processing and delivery date tracking as well as invoice verification
Range and requirements planning, optimization of inventory management
Contract and complaint management and processing
Master data entry and maintenance in the ERP system
Implementation of lean measures as well as optimization of processes and procedures and further development of existing systems
Close cooperation with the technical departments
Carrying out compliance checks (ROHS / REACH)

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical or commercial training with appropriate further training is an advantage
Ideally already relevant experience in purchasing
Strong technical understanding
Good knowledge of ERP programs
Experience in dealing with common Office applications
Organizational talent, sociable and assertive
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
