Deine Aufgaben
Unser Team „Cash & Loan“ sorgt dafür, dass bei Enpal Heat das Geld fließt – von Kunden direkt oder über Banken. Du übernimmst die Führung dieses Bereichs, entwickelst Forecasts und Reportings mit direkter Sichtbarkeit bis ins C-Level und baust gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Finanzprozesse weiter aus.
- Verantwortung für unsere zwei Kern-Workstreams:
- Cash Collection: Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines 5-köpfigen Teams zur Zahlungsabwicklung unserer Kaufkunden
- Loan Operations: Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerbanken zur Finanzierung unserer Produkte
- Forecasting & Reporting: Aufbau und Pflege von präzisen Liquiditäts-Forecasts sowie regelmäßiger Reportings für das Management
- Führung & Skalierung: Verantwortung für aktuell 5 Teammitglieder – mit starkem Wachstumsausblick
- Stakeholder Management: Enge Abstimmung mit Finance, Sales, Operations & C-Level
- Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation und Umsetzung von Effizienzhebeln in einem dynamischen Setup
